In the role of customer support, you will work together with your colleagues to help and serve corporate customers over the phone and via email. This may involve inquiries such as price requests, bookings in systems, and working with customers to find improvements while helping them become more digitalized.

We are looking for someone who has experience from a previous role in service and customer support. You have good system skills and find it easy to learn new systems, as well as being proficient in the Office suite. To succeed in this role, you have the ability to adapt, always maintain a high level of service, and take a proactive approach. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and enjoy working in a changing environment.

Scope: Full-time
Employment type: Fixed-term employment for 6 months
Start date: Immediately

This is a full-time consulting assignment for six months with the possibility of extension. Start as soon as possible, but the most important thing is to find the right person. You will be employed by us at OnePartnerGroup and will spend your workdays at our client's location in Järfälla.
